Rent-A-Rink is a new backyard rink and rental program, now available to minor hockey teams, players, and parents. The unique program allows parents to rent and return their backyard rink at the end of the season, providing a turnkey solution that includes delivery, installation and removal.
These reusable wooden rinks with free delivery service are convenient, affordable and completely eco-friendly. The program is intended to encourage young players to get outside and enjoy Canada's game, while being able to work on their skills and create team memories. Parents who have a player currently registered with a minor hockey team can secure a backyard rink rental for as little as $1099 for the full winter.
Each rink rental includes a $500 minor hockey discount as well as a free rink lighting system. The program also allows multiple parents to share in the cost of a team backyard rink, while determining where it should be installed. The program is available beginning Boxing Day, December 26th with rink installations taking place within 7-10 days of booking.
